AKE's proven expertise in risk mitigation is recognised by specialist underwriters at Lloyd's and the London insurance market, which has enabled AKE to develop an insurance product dedicated and specifically designed to meet the needs of its clients.
Risk analysis, training, planning processes and a dedicated line to AKE's 24/7 Crisis Response Centre help to mitigate and reduce risk, and deliver a bespoke insurance package with premium economies.
The Insured Programme supports “International Red Flare” drawing four essential insurance components together to protect your organisation and employees:
Accident and Sickness, Medical Expenses and Evacuation Non-Medical Evacuation Response and Ransom cover following Kidnap Threat or Extortion Death by Natural Causes
Cover is extended to include War and Terrorism on all sections
AKE respond to all incidents that are the subject of this programme through their 24/7 Crisis Response Centre

How do we apply for International Red Flare Insurance?
A ‘Risk Information Form' should be completed. The form is available from AKE Special Risks.
Does AKE respond to all incidents?
AKE's Crisis Response Centre will respond to all incidents (one telephone number for all support).
Do we have to purchase all the sections of this product?
No, each section can be purchased independently except the non-medical evacuation, which can only be purchased in conjunction with the personal accident section.
Can the product be used for all employees including local nationals overseas whether they are in hostile regions or not?
Yes
Do the premiums reflect the exposures in the various different regions in which we operate?
Premiums are based on the regional risk ratings produced on a daily basis by AKE's intelligence department to enable a fair costing to be established.
